With the new lightweight design 'Premium 21' cylinder range GWG introduces two innovative gas cylinder models to the industry. For the first time we are making use of high-strength dual-phase steel in the production of gas cylinders in order to attain a reduced tare weight. For the benefit of our clients and the end-user.

Dual-phase steel has been used up to now primarily in the car industry. It is characterised by an excellent combination of strength and deep-drawing capability at a simultaneously strongly reduced weight. For our gas cylinders, this means higher product quality and product safety, bigger sizes at similar weight and larger filling capacities. The cylinders of the 'Premium 21' range are not annealed and therefore possess a high internal purity. Besides the two Premium 21 standard products we also offer our clients the possibility, when required, of ordering gas cylinders with innovative lightweight construction in sizes of 5 kg and 11 kg.

The trend of grilling with gas is still on the rise – the market for gas grillers is continually growing. We have the perfect answer for this trend–the Premium 21 BBQ offers several advantages compared to traditional gas cylinders:

Thanks to the use of dual-phase steel it has a tare weight of only 6.3 kg with an 8.2 kg filling capacity. The innovative plastic valve-protection flange simultaneously functions as warranty seal for your protection and as a sign of a new cylinder’s integrity. Thanks to optimised dimensions the cylinder fits perfectly into the bottom

of common gas grills. Dual-phase steel guarantees durability of 40 years or longer with appropriate treatment and special revision. The silicon foot ring ensures a safe, non-slip footing and prevents scratching of the floor.

We carry out revision and repairs to welded gas cylinders for liquid gas and refrigerant in accordance with ADR, RL 2010/35/EU, DIN EN 1803, DIN EN 1440 and thereby guarantee long usage periods for your cylinders.

The revision of composite cylinders is carried out in accordance with ADR/RID as well as P200, RL 2010/35/EU, EN ISO 11623, DIN EN 1440 (Annex D) and thereby enables a new usage period for the cylinders.

Degasing - thermal paint stripping - repair - labelling – 100 percent pressure test – inspection and internal cleaning

• New testing of the cylinder’s conformity to DIN EN 1442 and current appraisals
